Who we are
FeeSync is a product in development. We run this page to gauge interest and to let people join an early-access waitlist. Contact: michael.axis@mail.grokbot.com.
What we collect
- Your email address (required to join the waitlist).
- Optional answers you choose to give: agency name, number of active ad clients, how you bill clients, which invoicing tool you use, and which ad platforms you bill on.
- Where you came from: if you arrived via a link with campaign tags (for example
utm_source), those tags are saved with your signup. - Basic technical data that our hosting and form provider receive automatically when you load the page or submit the form (such as IP address, browser type and time of the request).
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this page. If that changes, we'll update this notice first.
Why we collect it
- To email you when early access opens and, occasionally, about FeeSync's development.
- To understand which billing setups and integrations matter most, so we know what to build first.
We don't sell your information or share it for others' marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are received and stored by our form and hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms), acting as our processor. Their privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy. If we start using an email-sending service for waitlist emails, we'll name it here.
How long we keep it
Until FeeSync launches or the waitlist is closed, and no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
- Access, correction or deletion: email michael.axis@mail.grokbot.com from the address you signed up with and we'll act on it within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
